Love everything about this product except the display that could have done with a backlight or better lcd. Other than that, it works really well. It stores a lot of paper in the paper tray, prints quick and toner seems to last very long. No paper Jams, whooohooo. Love it, worth every cent

This printer is extremely difficult to connect to and maintain a connection with a wireless network. Finally just gave up and attached a cable. This printer goes into sleep mode when you need it most.

Everytime I lose power or my network reboots, my printer needs to be reinstalled. The printer must be rebooted to do anything a second time. The LCD display is not a display at all. You need a flashlight to see the display. The printer cartridge was $80. Never again buying a Brother printer.

The wireless mode doesn't work, it would always stay in deep sleep. I'm using a LAN cable now. Every time it wakes up, it trips my UPS. The print quality is awful! The toner drum is always leaking. I rarely have clean prints.

I bought this printer in November 2016 and it's been a strong and consistent performer through different PCs and homes. I use it all the time for scanning and printing. Only now it is starting to act funny. If I buy a new printer it will be the same model. Toner refills are inexpensive as well.
